Hi. I’m Roxenne, pronounced Rox-een (rhymes with queen). Mostly I go by Rox.

I have been a mother since 2006. I have three children, two girls and a boy. They rock my world. But sometimes life throws a curve ball. This happened on the 31st December 2015 when my second daughter was diagnosed with Type 1 Diabetes (T1).

This is a haphazard blog on me, her, the rest of our family, T1 and a little bit of everything else thrown in the mix.

There is a new brand of superhero people.
Forget Marvel. Forget Disney.
